Stayed here 2 times before, latest one about 2 years ago. This visit 12/8-10/2023. It's a dump now and I would never stay here again. I was traveling with my elderly mom. I asked to have our rooms together. She was put in 204, we were 413. Her room was full of pot smoke, her toilet was leaking. There were ants, her fridge did not work. The hotel stinks. The carpets are filthy and sticky. Furnishings very worn, all lamps rusted? Not sure how a Hilton property gets so run down or how over $200 could be charged. This is an $80 room. I would never stay here again. I would not recommend.

We have stayed at this location for the past ten years or so and this will most likely be our last. When we get into the room the bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. The mini fridge was not working. A lot of the decor is now old and rusty. We ended up being moved to a new room but it was just a frustrating experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I travel multiple times a month for work, and therefore use my fair share of hotels. I typically book with Hilton because they have a standard they follow. This hotel not only strays far from the Hilton standard, but likely don’t follow one at all. This hotel is by far the absolute worst Hilton hotel I have ever stepped foot in, and possibly the worst hotel of any brand. Upon walking into the room I was greeted with a must, and an extremely dated layout. The carpet clearly hasn’t been cleaned in months or years, that includes vacuuming. The curtains had large yellow stains. The bathroom floor was wet, and had dirty foot prints as well as mold growing on the exterior of the shower. The couch was stained and worn. Worst of all the sheets on the bed were heavily stained with all kinds of filth amongst numerous other issues with cleanliness in the room.

How is this place a Hilton property? Long time diamond member here. Absolutely disgusting hotel. I wouldn't have let my dog sleep in the bed here. Black mold, blood, water on the floor in the bathroom. I could go on... Just don't stay here unless you are into being disgusted. Walked in the room and walked right back out. Yes it is that bad. Don't do it.

Upon entering the room. The toilet was unflushed. Bad start. No streaming services at all on the television. And only the guide channel to look for shows. Front desk couldn't have cared less about talking to us and was on her phone the whole conversation. And after asking for late check out at noon. Room service walked in promptly at 10:13. Overall a very low quality experience for the price.

The front desk staff was not friendly, never looked up, and never greeted us. The toilet in the room was not flushed when we first entered the room and check out was at 12:00pm and housekeeping came in at 10:50 AM.

First off, I wasn’t given the room I booked. I was supposed to have a room with a jacuzzi tub. All I got was some nasty handicap tub covered in handles all over the walls that my kid ended up getting hurt on. The Bathroom wasn’t even clean. Damage to walls, fixtures, etc. There was someone’s clothing in one of the drawers. Bugs crawling along the walls near the door. Staff was letting someone have a private graduation party right in the lobby as you walk through the man door making it very awkward to even walk into the hotel. I was given no info at checkin about WiFi, pool, checkout, etc. I used to stay at this hotel when they first opened years ago. It’s gone so far down hill.
